Cancellations are at the judgement of Banana Water Sports in case of bad weather conditions or other external attributes, (which are beyond control of Banana Water Sports) that may affect the safety of our services. You will offered an alternative activity/date or the deposit/full refund will be returned to you.
Banana Water Sports has the right to refuse a customer who appears to be under the influence of illegal substances and/or alcohol. In case of prepayment, there will be no refund.
Banana Water Sports has the right to refuse a customer who appears under age due to the safety regulations for each ride.
Weight restrictions apply on certain rides or due to weather conditions with result the Banana Water Sports team to use the right of alternative ride or cancel your reservation.
Injuries and accidents can occur during water sports activities/events of whom Banana Watersports do not take responsability for. There is a risk as in any sport that an individual could suffer injury from. Banana Water Sports comply to strict safety rules to prevent any injuries or accidents.
On-line bookings can be cancelled till 7 days before the booked date and refund 100% of the amount paid. Deposits/payments within the 7 day cancellation period are subect to change of date/ride, weather conditions etc, at the discretion of the management. Changes will be accepted up to 21.00 the day before booking, changes on the actual day are not acceptable.
It is your own responsibility to be on time for your booking, delays may result in you waiting a long period for your ride or in extreme circumstances a cancellation without refund.
Due to demand and marine regulations, there may be times when rides are not able to operate on their pre-defined times. In all cases the management will do everything possible to minimise this delay.
